A piece of my geographical heritage, of the views that come to mind when John Denver sings about country roads taking me home, has recently been converted from forage for cattle to solar panels for electricity.
My mom was recently showing me around this newly disturbed rangeland and discussing how many sheep would be needed to manage the grass and weeds beneath the solar panels.
That got me wondering….and leads us to the link between the AI boom and the global lamb market. This is where the rubber meets the road tech trend meets the commodity markets.
